By accessing this School, you are agreeing to be bound by these Terms of Use, all applicable laws and regulations, and agree that you are responsible for compliance with any applicable local laws. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this site. The materials contained in thes courses are protected by applicable copyright and trademark law.
Use License
Permission is granted to temporarily download one copy of any downloadable materials on the School’s website for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not: modify or copy the materials; use the materials for any commercial purpose, or for any public display (commercial or non-commercial); attempt to decompile or reverse engineer any software contained on the School’s web site; remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials; or transfer the materials to another person or 'mirror' the materials on any other server.
This license shall automatically terminate if you violate any of these restrictions and may be terminated by Company at any time. Upon terminating your viewing of these materials or upon the termination of this license, you must destroy any downloaded materials in your possession whether in electronic or printed format.
JS Mastery Pro Courses
By purchasing any courses available on the JS Mastery Pro platform, you’re eligible for indefinite access without further payment.
In the future, JS Mastery Pro may release new courses. In that case, you would need to purchase access to those courses separately.
Refund Policy for Courses
If you’re not satisfied with the individual course purchases, you can request a refund within 14 days of purchase, as long as you’ve completed at least 30% of the course. This ensures you’ve fully engaged with the content and can make an informed decision about its value.
If you purchase a membership directly, without going through a free trial, you have the right to request a refund within 7 days of the purchase. Memberships that begin with a free trial are governed by the Free Trial and Subscription Billing section below and are not covered by this 7-day window.

Free Trial and Subscription Billing
When you start a free trial, we collect your payment details up front so your membership can continue without interruption once the trial ends. You can explore the platform throughout the trial at no cost, and you may cancel at any time before it expires to avoid being charged.
Once the trial period ends and your card is charged for the first billing cycle, that payment is final and non-refundable. By allowing your trial to convert into a paid subscription, you acknowledge that you have had the opportunity to evaluate the platform during the trial and that no refund will be issued for charges incurred after it ends. The 7-day refund window described in the Refund Policy for Courses section applies only to memberships purchased directly and does not apply to memberships that started with a free trial.
You remain free to cancel your subscription at any time. When you cancel, you will not be billed again, and you will keep full access to your membership until the end of the billing period you have already paid for. After that period ends, your access will stop and no further charges will be made. Cancelling does not entitle you to a refund, partial or full, for the current or any previous billing period.
